Capitalized terms have specific meanings defined below, regardless of singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Account: a unique account created for accessing our platform, API, or reference services.
  • Affiliate: an entity controlled by or under common control with the Company.
  • Application / Platform: the software suite, API gateway, CLI tools, control plane, and tools provided by the Company under the Omni name.
  • Company: Omnichannel Limited, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
  • Developer: any developer, business, or entity using our API, SDK, or platform control plane to build applications, tools, or agents.
  • End User: any individual using applications built by Developers, or utilizing the PKMS reference app directly.
  • Personal Data: information relating to an identifiable individual.
  • Service: the website, Omni Platform, API, SDKs, control console, and related developer infrastructure.
  • Usage Data: data collected automatically during service usage, such as API request counts, latency, and system metrics.

Data Roles (Controller vs. Processor)

  • Data Controller: Omni acts as Data Controller for Developer Account Data, credentials, and usage analytics.
  • Data Processor: Omni acts as Data Processor for Application and Runtime Data (memories, vectors, LLM context prompts) stored by Developers on behalf of their End Users.

Developers are solely responsible for ensuring their applications comply with all applicable privacy laws.

Types of Data Collected

Developer Account & Config Data — credentials, billing information, API keys, and configured LLM provider endpoints.

Application & Runtime Data — memory text nodes, vector embeddings, document attachments uploaded via API.

Usage Data — system logs, API request rates, latency statistics, user agent data, and IP addresses.
